A stoner woman from Stony Point was flying too close to the sun when she was detained for marijuana possession by a K-9 cop. She brought her indoor grown pot into a county jail when she went to visit a friend who was in jail for, funny enough, marijuana cultivation.Melissa Simo was in a rush to visit her friend that was in jail for unjust marijuana laws, and she must’ve forgotten about it – that or she feels that possessing medical marijuana is legal. The police dog sniffed out the pungent indica strain in her automobile from the county jail parking lot.

The police dog named “Shadow,” was doing a routine check and she smelled a pungent odor coming from her car. Melissa Simo had dro pot placed in the center console, with 2 different marijuana strains. Sheriff’s Officer Chris Ford searched the car after implications from “Shadow” that the automobile had contraband. Upon inspection, police arrested Simo for marijuana possession and was later released.
It’s not known if “Shadow” thought the marijuana discovered was of hydroponic grade quality.

In an offseason where the NFL has gotten more off the field incidents then on, players can’t wait for training camps to start. Especially the young ones that tend to get in trouble – i.e. the Detroit “Baby” Lions. Most of you have gotten in trouble when you were younger, from smoking pot to vandalism – with this young stoner growing marijuana. Many professional athletes that enter their respected leagues are not even old enough to buy a tall Guinness pint, with some not being able to get a medical marijuana card. Due to up-to-date media coverage, the “Baby” Lions antics were plastered for their off-field incidents.

(RB Mikel Leshoure , DB Aaron Berry, OT Johnny Culbreath, DT Nick Fairley):
Leshoure, suspended two games, was found to be smoking hydroponic grade marijuana. The stoner violated the substance abuse policy for being a 420 lover of blunts in his spare time. Not using steroids, but pot found at any medical marijuana dispensary. After taking the rap for smoking weed, he was caught a 2nd time a month after for marijuana possession.
Berry, who was cut because of “personal conduct which adversely affects the club,” was arrested twice during the offseason; one for marijuana/alcohol DUI and one for assault.
Fairley was caught on DUI charges and trying to outrun the cops – While also being caught a 2nd time for possessing various marijuana strains.Culbreath got off lucky with his run in with the cops. After a marijuana related incident where he was allegedly smoking weed, a sigh of relief was gasped after those charges were dropped.
Remembers fellas — marijuana laws go for everyone no matter if you’re a gladiator of the gridiron. It’s time to put down the blunts for now and pick-up the footballs boys.

As the L.A City Council pulls their heads out of their collective asses, and shoves them up the
DOJ’s… they finally voted this week for an outright ban on all medical marijuana collectives within the city. This gave Jimmy Kimmel some new material to play with on this show… how is somebody with a real medical issue that needs medical marijuana (for that matter the rest of us fakers… ) supposed to get their weed?So last night – the better half of — “The Man Show” re-visited his tired
old Chi- Pot character one more time. Okay, its weak… we all get that. In fact so – half-baked – a gag – that it most definitely requires that one whip out the bong and become fully baked in order to watch.Even that hardly helps… might need to bring out the heavy artillery. Dabs anyone?

Mormons Like Their Weed: Marijuana Outdoor Growing Operation Found in Utah
Filed under Interesting Marijuana News, PeopleJul 26
It’s no big surprise that this Utah citizen didn’t trim his organic lawn in his backyard. Law enforcement officials claim it had been possibly well worth an adulterous bevy of wealth for the Utah stoner – — worth a kings ransom. This specific marijuana cultivation was comprised of cannabis plants that had marijuana strains of all varieties. From Indicas to Sativas — Jack Herer to G-13. Many 11 ft high, which the Moab Area Narcotics Administration Crew reports could have delivered $460,000 around the streets, if it ended up being harvested and cured – errr, by an individual besides the officers. Curious if they enjoyed the outdoor grown marijuana.
In the course of a warrant raid — similar to all the medial marijuana dispensary raids — in the morning hours in the home of the stoner that had extensive hydroponic growing equipment, Moab law enforcement and Grand County deputies grabbed 50 marijuana plants – and imprisoned a 52-year-old gentleman in whose backyard the medical marijuana was found cultivating. The 420 friendly marijuana smoker had an indoor garden and an outdoor garden.
The person was booked directly into Grand County Jail on suspicions of countless charges of cannabis growing and possession, in addition to possession of marijuana hash and cannabis concentrates, being a felon owning a gun, possession of marijuana bongs and pipes. Officers also various medical marijuana hydroponic equipment. If only medical marijuana was legal in Utah and innocent folk weren’t subjected to unjust cannabis laws…

As some may have noticed recently, Stanford’s Andrew luck turned out to be the number one pick in this year’s National Football draft selection. As most anticipated, the Colts inhaled Stanford’s Andrew Luck. Luck turned out to be the first overall pick in the 2012 NFL draft, thanks to Mike Adams of Ohio State choking on the most basic requirements… pass the drug test.
Former Ohio State offensive tackle Mike Adams tested positive for marijuana at the NFL Scouting Combine, according to an NFL.com report.
The 6-foot-7, 323-pound Adams is considered to be a late first-round pick in this month’s NFL Draft. He is currently listed as the No. 4 offensive tackle and No. 27 player on Scout’s Inc.’s Top 32 players in the draft.
Mike Adams, once anticipated t as the highest NFL draft pick for the 2012 season, was taken by the Pittsburgh Steelers in the second round once the nasty little rumor got around about his failing of a NFL scouting combine drug test and came back with a positive marijuana test result.

Illegal pot dealers should take note and never piss off their marijuana clients that smoke weed everyday, especially ones that have a weed leaf etched in their sword. A North Carolina pot slanger got the blunt end of the stick – literally, after his pot customer attacked him with a ninja sword. What to do when stoned? Apparently, some marijuana smokers likes to re-enact short Kill Bill sword fight scenes.A 67 year old, who was a 420-friendly stoner, was enraged after his ‘illegal’ pot dealer shorted him the quarter of weed he had purchased — the dealer not knowing how many grams in an ounce. James Samuel should thank the high heaven he survived the assault. Anthony Alphonzo McArthur was shot down after the stoner was upset Samuel tried to roll up a fast one; shots were fired after McaArthur whipped out a sword and tried to retaliate. Violence we wouldn’t see if marijuana laws weren’t antiquated.

Even though Samuels escaped with his life, he was charged with illegal gun possession and distribution of hydroponic cannabis. The cheap, pot dealer will not be charged in the death of the attacker, due to self-defense.
With minor marijuana problems like these wasting the times of police, isn’t it confusing to see marijuana as illegal, when marijuana should be legal? But karma comes around, especially to the 420-friendly community – If you are going to act immoral, you are going to get your just strawberry shortcake desserts. -

Not even old enough to get a medical marijuana card or to legally drink, a Ohio teen has been identified as a marijuana kingpin. Tyler Pagenstecher allegedly masterminded an illegal hydroponic garden and growing pot. This indoor growing cash-cow earned up to $20 grand a month — considered to be the best weed in the area.An undercover cop unraveled upon the growing marijuana operation when they tried buying pot near the high school of the detainee. The undercover cop rolled up on 6 students working for the marijuana kingpin trafficking drugs in 2 school areas.$6,000 in stoned cold cash was found in the teen’s bedroom by police. Marijuana and other related paraphernalia, blunts, bongs, pipes, vaporizers, joints and pot seeds were also discovered during the cops raid.
The pot kingpin used fellow high school students as employees to dispense the weed, yet not on school premises because the risk was to high. The students in addition to some adults will be charged in growing marijuana and distributing charges.

How much is a gram of the chronic weed? About $20-$30 per gram. The sophisticated hydroponic marijuana was said to be sold for $5 grand per pound. A nifty side business instead of a paper route. This stoner was thinking outside the box.
