old Chi- Pot character one more time. Okay, its weak… we all get that. In fact so – half-baked – a gag – that it most definitely requires that one whip out the bong and become fully baked in order to watch.Even that hardly helps… might need to bring out the heavy artillery. Dabs anyone?
