Woman Gets Snitched Out For Growing Marijuana

People in a Pasadena neighborhood were woken up by the scream of a loud couple. A fight over a delinquent pool maintenance bill led to a Pasadena stoner being arrested. Joan Della Lott was detained by police at her home, but not for fighting or disorderly conduct but for marijuana possession – an unjust marijuana law that needs to be updated.Della Lott was found to have had an indoor hydroponic marijuana garden, with an impressive grow room set-up. The poolman called the cops after the Della Lott and he got into an altercation regarding payment and he saw marijuana growing from her home.. Law enforcement found 4 marijuana plants
growing. After a full search of the marijuana friendly home, they unveiled over 50 grams of cannabis and various marijuana paraphernalia – blunts, joints, bongs and vaporizers. The 50 grams varied from sativa to indica.The innocent marijuana grower will be charged with possession with intent to distribute marijuana and possession of marijuana. Hopefully MMJ laws can change to help keep innocent, peaceful growers doing the work of the Earth.
