Marijuana smugglers attempted to import Pot worth hundreds of 1000′s of dollars in to the Charleston area the easiest way: Via US Postal’s snail mail.

The sharp nosed U.S. postal personnel smelled the dank package and intercepted four separate fat boxes that totaled nearly 46 pounds of weed. Charleston County sheriff’s were not amsued –  Sgt. John Hodge, who isn’t associated with the analysis, stated the Marijuana could fetch between $2,000 per pound to $4,000 per pound in your area.

Which means that the 46 pounds of different marijuana strains including: Blue Dream, Pre 98 Bubba Kush, and some Diablo OG could have had a street worth of some where in the area of $90,000 to $200,000.

Pot cultivated south of the boarder in Mexico costs about 50 % that of high-grade dank ass Pot  grown up in the Nor Cal area known as  the “Humbolt triangle”. The weed farmers in this area can legally grow weed with a far greater quantity of a psychoactive component, THC. It has been noted by many that this marijuana …“It’s super-high-grade and drips resin loaded with THC,”

The right wing nut bags at Fox Business News go over the options as to why the hydroponic marijuana growing school Oaksterdam University was raided by the DEA recently — and why it was raided by the left leaning,KGB out of a bong hitting… Obama administration.

Turns out that our pot smoking “friend”, President Obama – has busted more medical marijuana collectives in his painful — less than weed seed baring, four year stint. That compared to the well known under performer GW Bush who only popped half the number of pot clubs in his whole eight years as commander-n-chief. Bottom line is that Obama knows he can slam all of the left leaning medical marijuana states and their related medical pot shops without much fear… Who you gonna vote

    for — ROMEY .

It looks like the California Assembly Public Safety Committee is slated to vote on 4.10.2012 [Tuesday] on AB 2312; An attempt by assemblyman Tom Ammiano’s to convey better regulations to the state’s medical cannabis program.

Americans for Safe Access sent out an urgent email action alert earlier today, urging all marijuana supporters in CA to contact the CAPSC committee members.

If you could take a few minutes from your busy day to let these committee members know how much you support AB 2312? ASA’s Online Action Center makes it stress-free to fax all six committee members with ease.

AB 2312 is a bill by Assemblymember Tom Amminao (D-SF) that will establish a regulatory body to develop and implement statewide standards for medical cannabis / marijuana cultivation and provision. This bill will make it harder for cities and counties to ban patients’ cooperatives and collectives and offer incentives for facilitating safe access under local law.

There is a lot of confusion about what is legal regarding medical cannabis under state law. Many cities and counties have banned safe access outright, and others have turned to the DEA for help in closing patients’ cooperatives and collectives. We need clear and consistent guidelines to overcome ambivalence about medical cannabis in our communities. AB 2312 will provide clarity that patients, lawmakers, and law enforcement need to implement our state laws.

You can send a fax to all six members of the Public Safety Committee right now. The committee must approve the bill before it can go to the full Assembly and the Senate, so do not delay!

The new corporate business model of medical marijuana growing is fast becoming the “Walmart of Weed” and is busy expanding its tap roots in the America capital of Washington D.C., further growing the weed seed of debate on medical weed and or pot.

Just blocks from the Obama Whitehouse and other fun federal structures such as the DOJ, the DEA, the NSA, and the FBI a new marijuana business that sells the medicinal marijuana farmers their grow equipment is opening its first outlet on the eastern seaboard. The grower’s equipment from the weGrow cannabis store was set up and out on the shelves on Friday in Washington D.C. This pot store setting up shop coincides with the first tangible application of the Washington D.C. law permitting citizens with certain health conditions to buy pot.

Like providers of picks and axes throughout the gold rush, weGrow sees itself supplying the required tools to pioneers of the “Weed Rush,” which some project could achieve nearly $9 billion over the following 5 years. Of course more compact than the usual large supply yard, weGrow isn’t unlike an average hydroponic grow store in mainstream America, with towering shelves of fertilizer and vitamins, ventilation and lighting systems. Together with garden items, it provides how-to classes, magazines and books on growing medicinal marijuana.

Nearly 7 percent of People in America, or 17.4 million people, stated they used marijuana this year, up from 5.8 percent, or 14.4 million, in 2007, based on the Drug Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration. A Gallup poll this past year found an archive-a lot of 50 % of People in America stating that marijuana ought to be made legal, and 70 % support medical ways to use pot.

Marijuana advocates also tout revenue benefits, in addition to cost and efficiency savings because of not defending or jailing people for pot.

But a current push from the us government to ignor state mmj laws and go after medicinal marijuana shops has put pressure on several mmj states to obstruct or curtail their medical pot dispensary programs. This means some medicinal marijuana customers may aim to produce their own medicine– paving the way for the likes of California-based weGrow to spread out a budding quantity of locations across the nation and to assist its legal customers and bigger cultivators boost their own pot plants.

WeGrow does not sell pot or seed products, but rather the equipment to grow marijuana. The grow shopshop, however, will not make any secret that it is items and services help pot cultivators boost their own plants for private use or available at shops. Selling hydroponic gear along with other indoor growing devices are legal, but because individuals items are utilized to cultivate a plant considered illegal under federal law WeGrow has attempted to keep a nominal profile.

In Utah you can marry as many ugly women as you want… but you better not think about growing pot.

Erik M. Goetz, 25, of Endicott is not the smartest person running marijuana from state to state. It seems that our would be Weed runner is facing charges in Utah of transporting pot after officials found some special gift-wrapped boxes stuffed full of chronic skunk KGB – he then tells the Po Po that the boxes were presents for his mother. Way to hang tough!

It would appear that our I.Q. challenged marijuana man was traveling east on Interstate 80 as he was stopped going through Utah by the Highway Patrol on March 8 because of an blocked license plate, based on an affidavit of growing probable cause filed Friday within the state’s Third Judicial District.

After Goetz made “some suspicious claims,” a Utah Highway Patrol officer used a narcotic recognition dog and discovered 14 pounds of dank marijuana in 2 gift-wrapped boxes within the trunk, the document states.

Goetz “had formerly stated the boxes were his mother’s birthday presents,” based on the written affidavit.

The pot had a possible street value worth $42,000. Don’t be fooled Utah is a messed up, backwards state and should you get caught by Five Oh they  will toss your ass so deep into the prison system you will not be bea heard from again.

It seems strange that in a state where they sanction polygamy, child abuse, tax evasion and a host of other anti-American crimes that they would have such a hard on for medical marijuana… but they do.

Things are going to be a lot tougher for the spineless L.A. politicians who chose to wage their war of ignorance on pot shops and  marijuana dispensary workers when they belong to the same unions that City Hall is in bed with.

United Food and Commercial Workers — and UFCW Local 770, in particular — has decided to take medical-marijuana dispensary workers under its massive and powerful wing. Today is the day that we will hear the news of this slowly cultivated relationship.

    (Marijuana Union News)

Just as the workers at seven Fort Collins medical marijuana dispensaries had recently voted to join the United Food and Commercial Workers Union (UFCW), Colorado’s largest labor union. Their move was also meant to help seed the medical pot businesses in Fort Collins which are also facing a possible ban to be decided by city voters in November.

Christmas spirit 2011 with  Deputy Vicious

One of the main characteristics coveted by most local police dept.’s is a healthy distrust for all in the general public (yeah – I know we pay their salaries) … and the ability to viciously terminate anyone’s freedom, at the drop of a hat, for the sake of career advancement. For this misplaced cynicism, we the public tend to not want to be as honest and up front as perhaps we might otherwise be with someone that could not strip us of our personal self-determinations and ability to achieve meaningful work in the future.

Case and point…On  12 – 22 -11 (three days before x-mas) an innocent traffic stop by the Kootenai County sheriff’s deputy for erratic driving on Interstate 90 ended in  a 3.3 pound seizure of some cannabis seed product from a medical marijuana patient . Now – the extremely screwed and arrested Jason D. Palmer, 36, of Springdale, Wash was no doubt feeling it … here is where it gets ugly weird – for those with a heartbeat.

Also Irrationally arrested by Deputy Vicious were Palmer’s 2 kids, – age 12 and 14, who were in the car at the time – for god’s sake they were probably the reason for the “erratic driving”, thinking about my own father’s threats of iron fisted logic “don’t make me pull this car over…” . So – because the two boys were in the car with their slightly stupid dad … and they would visit him at his work at Advanced Indoor Garden Supply, a marijuana grow shop in north Spokane, they were arrested on cannabis (seeds) possession  and released after posting a $20,000 bond’

Based on a sheriff’s deputy’s report, Palmer was stopped east of Coeur d’Alene because he was driving from Montana, where he’d been going to visit family for x-mas, to Washington, both medical cannabis states.

Deputies stated our “father of the year” was altering lanes frequently inside a leased 2012 four-door Mazda wagon, and following too close behind other motorists… thats what I do when I haven’t smoked a good cannabis strain and am in a bat shit rush.

Following the automobile being stopped, Our hero (Deputy Vicious )  sauntered up to Palmer’s driver’s side window and located a fragrance of raw cannabis seed product and claimed it to be  overpowering.

“After I made contact in the window, the grown cannabis odor elevated its potency,” Deputy Vicious authored in the report.

Palmer was requested to exit the automobile. Then he told Deputy Vicious he’s a medicinal marijuana card holder – that coupled with the fact that he had a tiny bit of “marijuana” within the vehicle.

Deputy Vicious goes on to write that, “I asked him what was within the presents?… to which he mentioned some “‘stinky sweaters.’”

So queue the A K-9 unit — which immediately went for that “present”, that was soon unwrapped and foud to obtain the “devil’s harvest”.
